The comprehensive classes to start your Inner journey through Reiki are designed to empower you to become clearer, connected, and balanced in every aspect of your life and embarking you into a different approach towards Self Awareness.
The purpose of the 1st degree is to invite you to experience Reiki as a tool that you can easily apply in daily life to nourish and restore your energy to develop a profound sense of living.
Discover how to:

* Explore a gentle way to Self-care
Over five weekly classes (each 1 hour 30 minutes) you will get a better of understanding on how to include Reiki as part of you daily life to activate Self Love and Self Respect to embrace your life fully.
The 1st degree includes:
1) Four group sessions + 1 individual session for attunement.
2) Comprehensive Manual: Receive a beautifully crafted guide covering foundational Reiki principles, hand positions, and techniques for self-balance.
3) Guided Meditations: Access 21 Reiki Meditations to complement your practice.
4) Attunement Ceremony: Experience a sacred initiation where your energy channels are opened, allowing Reiki to flow naturally through you.
5) Official Diploma: Celebrate your dedication as you receive your Reiki diploma, recognizing your commitment and growth.
Throughout these classes, you’ll be part of a warm, supportive circle. Each class is a chance to reconnect with yourself, learn tools for daily balance, and realize the innate healing power that resides within you.

Note :The attunement is a special session where Reiki symbols are activated in the student
