1. General Terms

Booking Platform
All classes and memberships must be booked and managed via our official partner platform, Momence.
2. Classes
Booking
All classes must be booked and prepaid via Momence. Drop-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Arrival
Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins. Entry may be refused if arrival is more than 5–10 minutes late, and doors may be closed once the class has commenced.
Waitlists
If a class is fully booked, clients may join a waitlist. Notification of availability will be sent via email and you will automatically be added into the class from the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available within 60 minutes of the class start time, it will be offered on a “fastest fingers first” basis via SMS. The system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist and the first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class.
3. Class Packs
Validity
5-class pack: valid for 6 weeks
10-class pack: valid for 12 weeks
No extensions will be granted.
Usage
Non-transferable and non-refundable. Valid only for the original purchaser.
Activation
Validity begins on the date of the first class booked.
4. Memberships
4.1 Types & Access
Thrive Unlimited: Access to all group, reformer, and online classes. Select courses and workshops may be included.
Thrive Lite: Access to group and online classes only.
Courses and workshops are not included unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Duration Options
Available in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month contracts. Longer durations benefit from reduced monthly pricing and benefits.
4.3 Billing & Auto-Renewal
3/6/12-month plans are billed monthly and automatically renew.
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
Prorated billing applies for mid-month sign-ups.
1-month plans do not auto-renew.
If payment fails five times or more, all active bookings will be cancelled. Outstanding payments under your contract will remain due.
4.4 Cancellations
Cancellation permitted after the minimum contract term.
Notice must be provided before the 1st of the month.
Late cancellations or no-shows incur a €30 penalty for membership holders.

4.5 Freeze Option
6-month memberships: 1 freeze allowed at 50% of the monthly fee.
12-month memberships: Up to 2 freezes allowed.
Freeze requests must be submitted before the 1st of the month.
4.6 Guest Passes
12-month Thrive Unlimited members may bring 1 guest per month. The same guest may attend multiple times.
Book via Momence or email with guest name and class details.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Requirement
All services must be paid in full prior to participation.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless in cases of serious illness or injury, subject to studio approval.
Failed Payments
We will attempt to collect payment via saved methods.
Booking access will be suspended until resolution.
Thrive Studio is not responsible for any bank or card fees incurred.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Notice Periods
Group Classes: Cancel at least 4 hours in advance.
Online Classes: Cancel at least 3 hours in advance.
Private / Duo / Trio Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance (subject to teacher discretion).
6.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Full session will be charged.
Membership holders incur a €30 fee.
Class pack holders forfeit the session.
6.3 Emergencies
Exceptions may be made for genuine personal emergencies only (not work-related). Contact the studio promptly.
7. Courses & Workshops
Courses are progressive; full attendance is required.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
Some courses may be included in 12-month memberships.
Workshops and special events are not included in standard memberships or class packs unless stated.
Schedule updates are posted on the website.
8. Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are non-refundable.
9. Health, Conduct & Studio Use
9.1 Fitness & Health
Please consult your physician before starting any new fitness program. Inform teachers of any health concerns before class begins.
9.2 Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Thrive Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct.
9.3 Dress Code
Appropriate workout attire is required.
No shoes permitted inside the studio—barefoot or grip socks only.
9.4 Hygiene
Bring your own towel and water bottle.
No food, glass containers, or pets allowed (service animals excepted).
9.5 No phone policy
To maintain a focused, respectful, and distraction-free environment, the use of mobile phones and other personal electronic devices is not permitted during class at any time. This time is for you. Please ensure your phone is put on silent and turn off your notifications.
10. Facilities & Personal Belongings
Thrive Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Belongings are brought at the client's own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All digital, written, and visual content is the property of CMPW Luxembourg Sàrl-s. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Thrive Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or at any of the studio premises, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Thrive is not responsible for unavailable teachers, services, or equipment.
13. Data Privacy
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the studio. Requests will be handled within 5 business days.
14. Schedule, Location & Teacher Changes
Thrive Studio reserves the right to adjust the class schedule, change the class location, or assign a different instructor without prior notice. While we aim to keep such changes minimal, they may occur due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
We also reserve the right to cancel classes in the event of teacher training or internal studio development. In such cases, ample notice will be provided, and where possible, alternative venues or substitute classes will be offered to accommodate affected clients.
