  • Yes — there are several ways to get started:

    1. Book a 30 mins intro session with Clare, Marie or one of the team

    2.Thrive Discovery Pass (€99)

    A great intro option!
    You get 6 classes (2 Reformer + 4 Group Classes) to use within 2 weeks from your first visit.
    Perfect for trying different teachers, styles, and studios.

    3. Discovery Days / Open Days

    Several times a year, we host Discovery Days with:

    • 45-minute intro sessions

    • Special discounted classes

    • A chance to explore the studio, ask questions, and meet the team

  • We get it — life gets busy!

    However, class packs are non-extendable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We encourage you to book regularly to ensure you fully enjoy your pack before it expires.

    Unused classes do no carry over into the next billing cycle.

  • No — all packs and subscriptions are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

    Every additional member of your household enjoys a 10% discount if you both take our subscription packages.

  • No — class packs are non-extendable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
    (If you want something more flexible, a subscription may suit you better.)

  • You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before it begins.
    Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the credit for that class.

  • No. Unused classes from subscriptions do not roll over to the next month.
    Your subscription resets every billing cycle.

  • Your subscription begins on the day of purchase and renews automatically every month on the same date.

  • No. Workshops, special events, and teacher trainings are booked separately.

    All bookings, payments, cancellations, and passes are managed through your Arketa account.

Cancellation Policy.

At Thrive Studio Luxembourg, we totally understand that plans can change. To help keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that group classes be canceled at least 12 hours in advance and private or duo sessions at least 24 hours ahead.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost session for subscriptions, class packs and drop-ins, or a €20 late cancel / €30 no-show fee for legacy memberships.

Subscriptions and Class Packs are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged, and please note that our class schedule may change without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER: Thrive Studio Luxembourg reserves the right to alter, cancel or change the advertised class schedule without prior notice.

Reduced/closed schedule: We run a reduced schedule on typical Luxembourg Bank holidays & School holidays. We will close the studio for a few days during Christmas & New Year 2025. The schedule page is updated accordingly.
