New Booking Softward & Apps

As of 3rd December 2025 we have transitioned software to improve the booking experience and keep the cost of classes where they are! You will no longer be using Momence web or app to book and purchase classes. There are different actions required based on if you have an active package or not.
ACTIVATE PACKAGES
If you had unused classes in a package as of 3rd December 2025 your account and package have been migrated over to our new software. To get access to your new account, you'll need to do the following:
Using the same email you used with your previous account, reset your password here.
From that point on, all bookings and purchases will be done directly on the website under the "SCHEDULE" on the menu.
You will need to add a card for payment.
NO ACTIVATE PACKAGES
If you do not have any classes remaining in a package, here is what your action is:
Create a new account going to the "LOGIN" page on the menu and click "Sign Up"
Use the "SCHEDULE" tab on the menu to book future classes and purchase packages.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL
If you were booked into a class on [PREVIOUS PLATFORM] that happens after [TRANSITION DATE], we will manually added your class into the system on [TRANSITION DATE]. If you do not see your booking in the new system by the evening of [TRANSITION DATE], please reach out on [SOCIAL MEDIA] or email [BUSINESS EMAIL]. (OPTIONAL IF YOU ARE MOVING RESERVATIONS OVER)
The new booking system does not have an app but is mobile friendly through our website. (OPTIONAL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APP)

Cancellation Policy.
We completely understand that things crop up and that you may have a very busy schedule, but we would appreciate a minimum of notice, otherwise you will be charged for the session and loose your credit. If you cancel within the cancellation period then the credit will be automatically added back onto your account for your to rebook a future class. Cancellation notices periods are as follows:
All group classes - 12 hours - Class cancellation policy is 12 Hours before class start time Unlimited Packages are subject to €20 penalty fee for Late Cancels and €30 penalty fee for No Shows for unlimited memberships, if you have a pack or a drop-in you will loose your session.
Private & Duo Classes - 12 hours
Packs are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for other services.
DISCLAIMER: Thrive Studio Luxembourg reserves the right to alter, cancel or change the advertised class schedule without prior notice.
Reduced/closed schedule: We run a reduced schedule on typical Luxembourg Bank holidays & School holidays. We will close the studio for a few weeks during Christmas & New Year 2025. The schedule page is updated accordingly.
