Join us for this 5-day Feldenkrais online course and discover how releasing your jaw can recalibrate your entire nervous system, creating ease not just in your face, but throughout your whole body.
This course is perfect for anyone experiencing jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, teeth grinding, unexplained headaches, neck and shoulder tension, restricted breathing, or anyone seeking to calm their nervous system. No prior Feldenkrais experience necessary.
In this course, you will:
- Understand the connections between your jaw, nervous system, and whole-body tension patterns
- Learn gentle techniques like subtle jaw movements and tongue explorations to release TMJ discomfort, teeth grinding, and facial tension
- Discover how freeing your jaw improves breathing, reduces neck tension, and calms your nervous system
- Experience deep somatic release through subtle movements that create profound changes
- Recalibrate your stress response and develop new patterns of ease
Through gentle, mindful movements, you'll develop awareness of your habitual patterns and discover new possibilities for comfort and freedom. This isn't about forcing your jaw to relax — it's about inviting your nervous system to find more efficient, pleasurable ways of being. All movements are done at your own pace and comfort level.
Each 30-minute evening session is designed to be calming and restorative, perfect for unwinding at the end of your day. Each session includes gentle exploration, rest periods, and time to notice changes. Practicing before sleep allows your nervous system to integrate the changes more deeply, maximising the benefits of each session.
Bonus: recordings of the five lessons will be shared after the course with the participants, so you can keep nurturing your nervous system on your own for long-lasting release.

What shall I prepare for each lesson?
- Laptop or phone to join the online session (camera optional but helpful for personalised guidance)
- Comfortable warm clothes suitable for gentle movement
- A yoga mat or a rug to lie on (as an exception, in case you can not lower yourself down to the floor, lying on a firm bed is also an option)
- A quiet space where you will be undisturbed
- A willingness to explore and listen to your body
